Sausage, Kale and White Bean Soup

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a soup pot, then add the onion and continue cooking until translucent. Add the broth, beans, and kale, bring to a boil, then simmer until the kale is tender. Season to taste.
  2. Plate and serve hot.
