Sausage, Kale and White Bean Soup
serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 bnch kale, stemmed, chopped
- 1 lb sausage, sliced
- 1 C onion, chopped
- 4 C chicken broth
- 1 cn navy beans, drained, rinsed
Instructions
- Brown the sausage in a soup pot, then add the onion and continue cooking until translucent. Add the broth, beans, and kale, bring to a boil, then simmer until the kale is tender. Season to taste.
- Plate and serve hot.
